Guidelines

• Minimum age of seven years, with a minimum height of 120cm
• Maximum child ticket weight of 60kg
• Maximum individual weight of 140kg
• Participants must be able to climb into the basket and stand for the hour flight
• Not suitable for pregnant woman
• Please advise of any medical condition that may preclude you from flying, such as serious knee, hip or back problems, recent surgeries or broken bones
• The experience provider may not respond to booking requests received within 48 hours
• Weekend and weekday bookings available, at alternative rates
• The exact meeting time will be provided the night before your flight via the live link included in your confirmation email from the experience provider
• Tickets are fully refundable in the event of a weather cancellation

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• Changes to your booking may incur additional fees

Weather

In unfavourable weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Please wear casual comfortable clothing such as jeans and sneakers.
