Transportation from the Cairns Aquarium to guest accommodations is not provided.
Spectators can join guests at the aquarium, they will need to purchase their own tickets.
In the event of rain or inclement weather your hot air ballooning will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider. The aquarium runs in all weather conditions.
Please wear casual, layered clothing, a jacket, long pants, and close toe shoes. Please avoid wearing white, heels, slippers or skirts.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
