Guidelines

• Minimum age is nine years
• Participants will need a certain level of mobility as you do need to throw your leg over the passenger seat to get on the bike
• Customers under the influence of alcohol/drugs will not be permitted on the tour
• Please advise jacket size before experience date
• Tour time starts from the scheduled pick-up time so make sure you arrive early to receive the full 60 minute experience
• Passengers must not be heavier than 95kg for safety reasons
• When booking Wild Ride will need your weight to organize the appropriate bike , please supply your weight, if booking two bikes Wild Ride will need both passengers individual weights.

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This voucher is valid for one person.

Weather

Wet weather affects this experience. In the event of rain you can call the provider and reschedule. If it rains the day of your tour the rider will call you to see if you would like to go ahead with the tour or reschedule. In the event of rain only you can reschedule the tour up to two hours prior to pick up.

Dress Code

Please ensure you are wearing long pants or jeans and fully enclosed shoes. Passengers wearing inappropriate dress may not be able to ride
