Embark on an immersive journey, departing Melbourne around 8 am, as you traverse the Western Plains of Victoria en route to the historic city of Ballarat, renowned for the Eureka Rebellion. Delve into the rich history of the city. Upon reaching the Grampians Range, you'll get to reconnect with nature through a leisurely stroll to Silverband Falls.
Continue to the charming town of Halls Gap where kangaroos and vibrant birdlife often grace the main street with their presence. Hop back into the mini-coach for a picturesque drive to the Wonderland Turntable. Embark on a brief hike into the mesmerizing Grand Canyon, soaking in the breathtaking panoramic views at Reeds Lookout.
The journey proceeds to the majestic MacKenzie Falls, nestled in a gorge surrounded by eucalyptus forest. Explore the Bluff trail atop the cliffs for a panoramic view of the falls or descend the stairs to its base. The final scenic stop awaits at Boroka Lookout, offering awe-inspiring views of Halls Gap, Lake Bellfield, and beyond. Conclude the day with a dinner break on the return journey to Melbourne, completing your day of exploration and natural wonders.

Dress according to the weather (we recommend checking the weather app before your tour to pick the best outfit, but keep in mind that Melbourne's weather can be unpredictable. It’s a good idea to wear light clothing along with some warm layers just in case). Large bags, strollers, prams, baby capsules, luggage & walkers cannot be brought on board.
Due to works by Parks Victoria, MacKenzie Falls will be closed to all visitors until the second half of 2026. As a result, this tour will not include a visit to MacKenzie Falls during this period. This stop has been replaced with The Balconies.
