Learn the skill and secrets of fabulous French cuisine with this French Classics class. Be awed and inspired by the skill and delicacy of French style cooking. You'll be taught by the Head Chef who trained at a 2 Michelin starred restaurant in Paris before working for renowned Chef Raymond Blanc.

What's Included?

  • 2 hour class taught by an experienced Chef
  • All recipes taught in the class provided
  • All ingredients and equipment required for the class
  • Apron for use during the class

During this class you will make a delectable 3 course menu (Entree, Main and Dessert) which you'll then sit down as a group to enjoy your creations together. Dishes such as twice baked cheese soufflé, Asparagus Vinaigrette, Salmon Tartare, Coq au Vin, Carré d’agneau a la Provençale - Lamb Provencal, Duck ala Orange, Beef Bourguignon, Paris mash and for a delicious dessert Crepe Suzette, Creme Brûlée, Chocolate Ganache Tart, or Apple tart au tan (three course menu varies from class to class). This is a hands on and interactive class, where the students are all part of the action.

When all the cooking is done, sit down to a wonderful feast of your creations with a glass of wine.

Session Length

  • All classes are a duration of 2 - 2.5 hours (depending on the number of attendees)
  • Weeknight classes commence at 6:30pm
  • Friday evening classes commence at 6:45pm
  • Daytime classes commence between 11am and 1pm
  • Please refer to your confirmation email for the correct starting time for your class

Cancellation

  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
