Learn the skill and secrets of fabulous French cuisine with this French Classics class. Be awed and inspired by the skill and delicacy of French style cooking. You'll be taught by the Head Chef who trained at a 2 Michelin starred restaurant in Paris before working for renowned Chef Raymond Blanc.
During this class you will make a delectable 3 course menu (Entree, Main and Dessert) which you'll then sit down as a group to enjoy your creations together. Dishes such as twice baked cheese soufflé, Asparagus Vinaigrette, Salmon Tartare, Coq au Vin, Carré d’agneau a la Provençale - Lamb Provencal, Duck ala Orange, Beef Bourguignon, Paris mash and for a delicious dessert Crepe Suzette, Creme Brûlée, Chocolate Ganache Tart, or Apple tart au tan (three course menu varies from class to class). This is a hands on and interactive class, where the students are all part of the action.
When all the cooking is done, sit down to a wonderful feast of your creations with a glass of wine.
Recommended for people over 16 years old.
