In collaboration with Trilby’s Chocolates, we’ve custom-matched four Woodstock fortified wines with a flight of handcrafted, bean-to-bar artisan chocolates, creating an indulgent expression of South Australia at its finest. Trilby's Chocolates' passionate approach to sourcing, roasting, and crafting cacao mirrors the precision of Woodstock's fine winemaking, bringing a beautifully bespoke dimension to this experience. Sticky Fingers at Woodstock invites you to rediscover the pure pleasure of fortified wines: to delve into their extensive winemaking and maturation journey, and to immerse yourself in the sensory richness that only time-honoured craft can deliver.
Winemaker Peter and chocolate maker Max have hand selected Trilby's Chocolates to enhance your tasting experience, highlighting the complex sensory components in the fortified wines. You'll enjoy a guided tasting experience of four fortified wines, each paired with its matching chocolate accompaniment. And, to top it off, you'll receive a bottle of your favourite Woodstock fortified!
This experience is designed for a minimum of two and maximum of six participants.
A spectator is welcome to attend.
Woodstock conduct this experience in our Cellar Door, however if the weather is lovely we can set the experience up on our verandah area.
