Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This voucher is valid for two people, however there may be additional people on the flight. Customers will need to provide a local Australian contact number at time of booking.

Spectators

Family and friends are welcome to join you at the venue and watch from the fence line.

Weather

The flight may be rescheduled in case of poor weather.

Other Info

Due to Aviation Weight Restrictions, all participants body and luggage weights must be advised for the reservation to be confirmed. Should the participants advised weight vary by more than 10% for any individual, the experience provider reserves the right to refuse carriage on that flight. Flights cannot be taken by anyone who has conducted a scuba dive in the 12 hours prior to flight. Divers must notify the pilot and ground crew if a scuba dive has been conducted in the past 24 hours. This is to ensure the safety of the passenger at all times.
