Your hosts for the day have exclusive access to over 26 pristine outer reef destinations. Each day the ships master chooses the most suitable location taking into consideration the weather condition ensuring you have the best possible reef experience. Some of the locations include Hastings Reef, Paradise Reef, Long Bommie, Pretty Patches, Â Flyn and Milne just to name a few!

For the novice diver a complimentary 10 minute in water introduction to scuba is included. For experienced divers a complimentary guided dive is provided with each dive booked.

Lunch is served by your on board chef which includes a selection of hot and cold meats, salads, bread and fresh tropical fruit.

After lunch the boat moves to a second reef site. This location offers even more in-water activities in a diverse reef eco-system. Your days ends with the captain hoisting the sails and cruising back to Cairns. Relax on the boom netting and enjoy a cold refreshing drink from the bar.

This experience is part of the Responsible range because they are ECO certified by Ecotourism Australia.

Session Length

  • This experience operates 363 days a year excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day
  • You will depart at 8am sharp and return at approximately 5pm


Some medical conditions and/or prescription medication may preclude you from diving.


  • A moderate level on fitness is required as this is an in-water based activity
  • Diving is subject to the completion of a Queensland medical questionnaire on board prior to departure


Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.

  • If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours prior to travel a full refund will be given
  • If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to travel then no refund will be given
  • The supplier reserves the right to cancel the day tour due to poor weather conditions, mechanical problems or use another vessel to travel to different reef sites
  • A full refund will be given if the supplier cancels the experience

Numbers on the Day

There is a maximum capacity of 90 passengers on the vessel.


At times it is only possible to visit one destination due to inclement weather conditions and strong winds.

All passengers travelling prior to June 30th 2021 will receive a $10pp refund at check in. This is as a result of the Governments wavering of national park fees.
