Maximum individual passenger weight is 115kg All flights will be subject to weight and balance configuration of the aircraft Infants are defined as 2 or younger Children are defined as 12 or younger Shared flight must be full (3 passengers) to proceed unless booked as private

• If purchasing a shared flight, all seats must be sold. If not all seats are sold you will be notified within 72 hrs of your flight to reschedule or upgrade.
• Passenger weights must not exceed 115kg per passenger. Passengers are weighed pre-flight and can be denied a flight due to weight restrictions.
• When confirming the booking please provide your exact weight (not an estimate) flights are scheduled according to the weights provided on booking
• Children are welcome along with an adult however this experience is not suitable for infants
• Please note this experience is not operated by Archerfield Airport
• Children under 2 must sit on an adults lap

All cancellations must be in writing and addressed to V2 Helicopters. There are no cancellations available for flights that have been postponed or rebooked from a postponed flight. The following fees will be payable by the Client for Flights cancelled by the Client depending on notice given to V2 helicopters:

• Less than 21 business working days prior to departure – 25% of full Price
• Less than 14 business working days prior to departure – 50% of full Price
• Less than 7 business working days prior to departure – 100% of full Price

Up to 3 passengers can fly in this booking. If a customer has booked a shared flight, all seats must be sold. If all seats have not been sold, the Customer will be notified up to 72 hours before their flight to discuss options.

Occasionally, Mother Nature doesn’t play nice. To keep our customers safe and comfortable, we may have to cancel some flights from time to time. While we strive to provide as much notice as possible, weather conditions can be unpredictable and are often only confirmed closer to the flight date. If your flight is cancelled due to weather, rescheduling is encouraged!

Wear sensible fully enclosed footwear. Sun protection is recommended as you are fully exposed to the sun. We recommend a cap (compatible with headset), sunglasses and sunscreen

Due to aircraft limitations, the seat weight for a passenger must not exceed 115 kg. All flights will be subject to approval for the balance configuration of the aircraft.
