Restrictions

All flights are sold on a shared basis, so groups will be combined to make full flights of three. A minimum of three people are required to confirm a flight and for it proceed. You can upgrade to a private flight for 2 passengers for the upgrade cost of 3 seats.

Guidelines

• Maximum individual weight limit of 110kg. Combined weight limit of 200kg for couples
• Please provide accurate individual weights at the time of booking
• Weights will be confirmed at check-in by staff
• Please note that this flight requires 3x people to go ahead. When booking for 1 pax it is not a private flight. If you would like a private flight, please select the group of 3 option.
• Please note: The provider will try their best to accomodate your requested time, however they will contact you to confirm the next available time

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

The provider will contact you as soon as possible if the threat of inclement weather will disrupt your flight. If that's the case, your flight will be rescheduled to the next mutually convenient Saturday.

Please wear closed in shoes for this experience and bring along a pair of sunglasses.
