On arrival, you'll be taken to your station which houses a hand-made Italian copper still, ready to be the fountain upon which you concoct your bespoke gin. A gin extraordinaire will guide you through the process of making your very own gin, using some of the most popular botanicals as well as some lesser known treasures. They will teach you the techniques used to craft their gins, giving you the confidence to roll up your sleeves and create something spectacular. Play around with a host of botanicals and once you have finished selecting, measuring and recording your recipes, it will be time to lift the lid on the still.

Enjoy a beautiful lunch while the stills work its magic, mixing all the flavours you have chosen. Once complete, your guide will measure and break back the spirit from still strength to bottle strength with pure water for a cleaner taste. Bottle and take home your gin, ready to be shared or enjoyed all on your own.
