This fun and sociable cooking class will take you through meat selection, how to barbecue some great side dishes and new BBQ techniques, including both the hot and fast and low and slow methods.   • Please allow 4.5 hours for the duration of this experience
  • Class dates run all throughout the year
  • Times vary between 11.30am-1pm - a text will be sent out with the time a couple days before to confirm time
  • Please advise any special dietary requirements at the time of booking
  • Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
  • Menu is subject to seasonal change
  • Changes made four or more days before class are fine
  • Changes made with 7 days before class will incur a $79 per person fee but are able to rebook
  • Changes made the day before class will not be entitled to a refund or rebook. You are welcome to gift your spot to someone else.
  • No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit their class experience and will not be entitled to a refund or rebook
