• This experience is approximately four hours in duration
• Please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure
• Available seven days a week from 9.45am
• Afternoon departures are available depending on demand in the high season from 1.30pm

• No tours will operate from 01 May to 30 September

• Duration is dependent on wildlife sightings
• Children are guests aged 17 years old or younger
• Children of all ages are charged at the Child rate as they are included in the vessel's passenger limit
• Infants are not permitted to swim
• The experience provider reserves the right to refuse other children swimming on reasonable grounds such as ocean conditions
• Minimum age for swimming is three years old
• Children must be accompanied by an adult with a ratio of no more than two children per adult
• Additional food and beverage options are available for purchase directly to the experience provider
• Please advise of any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking
• Guests must be in good health with a basic swimming ability
• Selfie sticks or fins and not permitted in the water
• Guests with known medical conditions are advised to seek medical advice before booking
• Swimming guides wear Shark Shields in the water at deeper dolphin swimming sites
• Guests are required to fill out a fitness questionnaire, waiver and basic medical form
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings and must follow the instructions in the safety briefing
• Guests are expected to respect the environment, wildlife, fellow guests and guides
• The experience provider reserves the right to revoke swimming permission without refund from any guest who does not adhere to guest guidelines
• Not available between 01 May to 30 September each year

• Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum of two and a maximum of 20 participants.

In the event of unsuitable weather you will be contacted by the experience provider and choose between a full refund or reschedule.

Please bring swimwear, a towel, mineral based sunscreen, a camera and a jacket for after the swim.

Lunch (cafe style) will be available for purchase after the swim.
