Enjoy a scenic cable car ride over the Mornington Peninsula taking in interrupted views of the bay and city. After a delightful morning of sightseeing, sit down for lunch at a local winery to indulge two grazing platters for lunch made with a selection of home-grown ingredients.

What's included?

Board the Arthurs Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola, for an incredible scenic ride to the highest point of the Mornington Peninsula. As you gently glide over the beautiful State Park, keep an eye out for an abundance of local wildlife including kangaroos, koalas, wedge-tailed eagles and more. This 25 minute journey travels between the Base Station in Dromana to the Summit Station at the top of Arthurs Seat. You may choose to board at either station.

Afterwards, be immersed in a fully edible landscape at local farm and winery, Green Olive. Admire views of the vineyard, the garden kitchen and the ducks on the dam whilst enjoying two grazing platters. Two glasses of estate-grown wine will accompany the meal, finishing off with dessert and your choice of tea or coffee. After lunch, soak up the fresh air and farm atmosphere with a walk around the grounds.

  • Arthurs Seat Eagle: Opening hours are 10am - 5pm Monday through Sunday (excluding Christmas Day)
  • Booking times 11.45am and 2pm
  • Open 7 Days a week from 9am to 5pm
  • Closed on all public holidays
    • Bookings for your lunch at Green Olive at Red Hill are essential
    • Most dietary requirements can be catered for. Please advise staff of any special requirements
    • Tickets for the Arthurs Seat Eagle will be collected from Green Olive at Red Hill. This is a return ticket, valid for 12 months and the return ticket must be used on the same day
    • Green Olive at Red Hill are dog friendly. All dogs that visit Green Olive at Red Hill must be well behaved and on a lead at all times.
    • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
    • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
    • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
