Enjoy a luxurious wellness escape for two at Alba Thermal Springs & Spa, with access to more than 20 geothermal pools and a shared two course meal to complete the experience. Leave your cares at the door as you experience these restorative springs, nestled in 15 hectares of native landscaped gardens, where you will enjoy unlimited geothermal bathing in the mineral pools, including the Forest pools, the Sunset pool, and the Seasons pool, which changes temperature based on the season. You can continue to find tranquillity in The Hide pool before reinvigorating your senses in the sauna, steam room and plunge pools.
Post dip, you will be treated to a two course meal for two at Thyme, Alba's restaurant showcasing locally sourced produce in a delicious menu created by award winning chef Karen Martini, as well as a glass of local wine, craft beer, or non alcoholic beverage of your choosing. On top of all this, guests are provided with a bathrobe, towel, and locker, the latter being of particular importance, as phones, laptops, and smartwatches are not allowed in the springs, spa, or restaurant; true tranquillity requires some sacrifice, after all.
Bathing in geothermal springs is not recommended during pregnancy. Dipping feet in the springs is fine, but full immersion may raise body temperature to unsafe levels. Those with certain medical conditions should seek medical advice before entering the springs.
In the event of thunderstorms, we will ask guests to leave the pools until the storm passes.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the springs. We recommend the use of hats, rash vests, sunglasses and sunscreen while bathing. Please note, clothing such as t-shirts are not permitted in the springs, as the high mineral content of the water may cause discolouration. We suggest you don't wear jewellery in the springs as the minerals may cause tarnishing. Waterproof footwear, such as thongs or sandals, is highly recommended throughout the springs and wet areas. Please note footwear is required to enter the restaurant.
