The whole experience takes approx 2 hours.

Participants must be a minimum of 8 years of age at the time of the scheduled RoofClimb.

• Adult voucher valid for participants aged 15+
• Maximum weight 136kg
• Due to an equipment supply delay, a temporary minimum height requirement of 155cm now applies for all RoofClimb experiences (previously 120cm).

Participation conditions and restrictions apply:

• Climbers 75 years and over must complete a Medical Clearance form, signed by a qualified medical practitioner no earlier than 21 days prior to their scheduled departure
• Climbers less than 20 weeks pregnant are permitted to climb if they have had the Medical Clearance form signed by their medical practitioner
• Climbers who are 20 or more weeks pregnant are not permitted to participate
• Climbers with medical conditions may be required to provide a completed Medical Clearance form prior to their departure. Some medical conditions may prohibit participation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The tour groups stay small; the maximum group number is 14.

Wear sensible walking shoes. Runners preferred. You will be wearing a climb suit, so it's best to wear shorts or pants.
