Guidelines

• Cheese and crackers included in the picnic hamper may contain dairy, gluten, nuts and other allergens
• Participants who have specific dietary requirements or allergies should notify Woodside Cheese stall staff at collection
• Allergen free products can not be guaranteed
• Cheese and wine picnic hampers must be redeemed on site, during trading hours
• Visit the Woodside Cheese Stall on entry
• Wine must be collected by a person 18 years or over, valid ID must be presented
• Cheese hamper pack products are subject to availability, substitute items of greater or equal value to be supplied
• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol, photo ID may be required
• One pack is provided per couple for consumption on either Saturday or Sunday
• No non alcoholic alternatives available to substitute the included bottle of wine
• No refunds will be given for unclaimed items or unused components of the pack
• Products must be collected in person by the ticket holder
• Experience voucher is valid for redemption at the 2025 CheeseFest event
• If not redeemed by this date, the voucher's monetary value will remain as a credit and may be used until the voucher expiry date

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This voucher is valid for two participants.

Weather

This experience runs in all weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or an emergency affecting event operations, you will be contacted by the experience provider or alerted via their media channels.

Dress Code

Please dress appropriately to the weather on the day, bringing hats, sunscreen, umbrellas, or raincoats as needed.
