Learn the art of making the perfect croissants. In this masterclass you will learn how to make a traditional croissant dough, the technique for rolling the dough and a variety of different flavours.

Learn the art of making the perfect croissants. To make traditional croissants, it is a three stage process with resting the poolish and dough in between. This class is designed so you learn each stage in detail packed into a 4.5 hour masterclass. The class starts with everyone rolling out their own batch of pre-made and rested dough into a variety of different croissants, around 10 croissants per person. Then while your croissants are proving (rising) for two hours we step back to the beginning of the process learning how to make the poolish and making a batch of dough per person.

At the end of the class you will take home your own batch of croissants (plain croissants, pana chocolate, almond croissants, ham & cheese croissants and palmier's) as well as the batch of dough you made to take home to rest and roll our the following day.

  • This class lasts for 4.5 hours

  • Please wear flat closed in shoes and long trousers
  • Long hair must be tied back
  • The minimum age is 14 years old for this class

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and are arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • Booking are not refundable but they can be rescheduled to a later equivalent class - if arranged more than 72 hours prior to the original booked class start time
  • Missed cooking classes will not be refunded and cannot be rebooked
  • The experience provider reserves the right to change your class date within 48 hours of your scheduled class if the class does not fill to the minimum number of 6 people

Numbers on the Day

Minimum numbers for each cooking class is 6 and maximum is 12.
