With a firm commitment to sourcing native ingredients from the very best local farmers wherever possible, you can expect all the great aspects of fine dining at Palette Restaurant. An Executive Chef is keen to showcase the very best of local suppliers, and alongside a knowledgeable staff who have dispensed with any stuffy bow ties or waistcoats, will take you on a culinary journey above and beyond all other dining experiences on the Gold Coast. Over the course of approximately two hours, this lunch-tasting menu will extend your art experience by showing you just how naturally art and food blend.

Lunch service is available Wednesday to Saturday between 12:00 and 14:00

Service saved the day.

The service was outstanding some of the best I have experienced however this was where it ended, presentation of the dishes were great however I feel a few of the courses lacked flavour and were very bland. We did enjoy the experience however the food was definitely a let down.

The food at Palette restaurant once again was amazing. Not only did taste amazing, it was artistically plated. James was my server for my tasting and he was very knowledgeable and very entertaining. My second visit and I will return again.

The service and food was impeccable from the moment you arrive to the time you leave you are made feel special The food and wines are explained to you in beautiful detail and the wines match perfectly. The service is very attentive but not in anyway intrusion Cannot to go back
