This unique dining experience will have you enjoying a fresh seafood platter while sampling oysters straight out of the water - literally!
You’ll wade out into the water and sit at the semi-submerged deck 'The Salt Water Pavilion', located right in the middle of a working commercial oyster farm.
You’ll hear from Ben, the oyster farmer, about how oysters grow and all about oyster farming practices.
With a glass of wine in hand, your feet will remain in the shallows of the clear waters below as your guide shucks deliciously salty Coffin Bay Oysters right in front of you for a very unique culinary experience. Enjoy a delicious seafood platter in the comfort of the Beachcomber cafe at the completion of your tour.
Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged with them directly according to this policy:

This tour is impacted if there are severe weather warnings. If the weather is not appropriate for the tour to proceed, the provider will notify all tour participants in advance, and offer to reschedule where appropriate.
Please dress according to the weather. You will be seated out in the water, so if it's hot, please bring a hat. For winter tours, it would be beneficial to wear warm clothing and bring a scarf and beanie. Please bring socks to get in and out of waders.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your tour, so you can be fitted with waders. Please wear comfortable clothing, as you'll be putting waterproof waders on over the top of your clothing. Please bring a pair of socks to wear with the waders. If youre travelling from Port Lincoln to attend the tour, please depart 1 hour prior to scheduled tour start to ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to tour start, for wader fittings.
