For the avid home entertainer or just someone who struggles with barbecuing; this cooking class will give anyone the confidence to take control of their backyard barbie! Lead by professional chefs with a passion for barbecuing; you'll learn a whole 3-course bbq meal and with the hands on nature of the cooking class, you will leave with the confidence to recreate the dishes at home for family and friends.
You'll also get the opportunity to do a two part wine tasting, here's you'll learn basics of wine matching. A great skill to have when entertaining; you'll learn what wines are best to serve at a barbecue. The best thing about this cooking class however, is that you get to eat everything you cook! Sit down with your fellow students and instructors and tuck into a gourmet BBQ meal.

Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy. Fees may apply.
Classes operate with 12 – 20 people in each cooking class plus 2 experienced chefs. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be contacted via email the Thursday prior to your experience to offer an alternate date for the class.
Please wear covered footwear on the day of the cooking class. During the cooler months, it is also recommended to bring a jumper as the class is held in an outdoor location.
This experience takes place at "The Hills Community Function Center" inside James Drysdale Reserve in Bunya off the "jinker track". Parking is available on site.
