Abundant with wildlife and beautifully preserved environments, Bruny Island is a must-see when visiting Tasmania. Departing Hobart, you will board "Wild Thing" for a spectacular cruise to Bruny Island, boasting magnificent views of soaring cliffs, rocky sea caves and a chance to spot elusive wildlife. On arrival, be treated to shucked oysters and a glass of sparkling or beer before making your way to Dennes Point, on the northernmost tip of the island for a long lunch. After enjoying a meal featuring beautiful local produce, you will have some time to explore the island. Take a stroll along Heritage Trail to Kelly’s Point taking in some of the most heritage-rich and captivating parts of North Bruny or pay a visit to the local gallery Art Untamed, a wonderland of lovely paintings, jewellery, sculptures and more. In the afternoon, jump back on board the boat for the return to Hobart. If weather permitting, your skipper will take you to the oldest lighthouse in Australia, the Iron Pot.
