Located in the vibrant port-side suburb of Carrington, Earp Distilling Co. invites both connoisseurs and the spirit-curious to discover their next generation spirits. During a self guided tasting inside their ultra-modern distillery, you’ll explore three exceptional spirits from one of three unique flights—Sweet, Gin, or Dark. Each is paired with a Fever Tree mixer and curated garnish to enhance the experience. As you sip, learn about their innovative flavour development process and what sets their craft apart. Your taste-buds won’t know what hit them! Ideal for a relaxed tasting session or a social catch-up, your Grazing Package includes favourites from our seasonal menu and will be portioned to your group size: Cheese & Charcuterie, Marinated Olives, and Toasted Sourdough with Vegemite Butter. The table is yours for the full session.
