This fun and interactive class begins with making an authentic red curry paste. With guidance from a professional chef as you go, you'll make a variety of entree and main dishes and finish with a beautiful dessert. When the cooking is finished, sit down and enjoy your tasty creations with a glass of wine! The class is designed for both vegetarians and vegans, and for any of the dishes covered that contain dairy or eggs there's always a vegan alternative. All dishes are made with the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients.

  • Sweet potato, green bean and coriander wontons

On the Day

Session Length

  • This experience lasts for 3.5 hours and runs on selected Saturdays, Sundays and some evenings during the week
  • Dates and times will be supplied by the experience provider

Numbers on the Day

This class runs with a minimum of 6 people and maximum of 12.

Dress Code

Please wear flat closed in shoes and no shorts. Long hair must be tied back.

Once your booking has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • Booking are not refundable but they can be rescheduled to a later equivalent class. If arranged more than 72 hours prior to the original booked class start time
  • Missed cooking classes will not be refunded and cannot be rebooked
  • The experience provider reserves the right to change your class date within 48 hours of your scheduled class if the class does not fill to the minimum number of 6 people
