Cooking an Authentic Italian style pizza in a wood fired oven is an art and has been recognised as such, with the true Napolitana pizza having strict guidelines on how it is made and with very few chefs world wide being accredited to do so. In Australia there are only three chefs with this accreditation and the chef for this experience is one of those.
During this intimate, hands on class, our chef will take you through the steps of how to create the perfect Italian style pizza using a wood fired oven. We invite you, your family and friends to come along and enjoy this fun, interactive, hands on experience followed by food tasting. With class sizes strictly limited to a maximum of 10 people, personalized attention is guaranteed.
The experience lasts at approx. 3hrs (although it does tend to go longer as people like to stay and chat with the chef). Classes run on Saturdays, start at 2pm and finish at 5pm.
Price shown is for one person. Class minimum is 5 with a strict maximum of 10 to ensure individual attention. Participants get to take home pizza dough so you can continue the fun and make pizza at home as well.
