Do you love Duck but don't know where to begin your Duck cooking journey? This cooking class will take the mystery out of cooking duck for you! See how easy it is to cook duck in many different ways, as well as some sauces and accompaniments. With the teaching of knife techniques to assist in boning and portioning birds, you'll be well equipped to provide these gourmet dishes at home too. You will even learn how to cook the world's best roast potatoes with duck fat! You will get to be the judge, by dining at the “chef’s round table” on all of the dishes that you have created on the day, with a lovely glass of wine of course!

Classes range between 8-12 students.
Please wear neat casual and comfortable clothing. Sleeves and pants are recommended to protect skin from hot surfaces. Preferably non-slip, enclosed flat shoes. Please remove any dangling jewellery. Long hair tied up Aprons will be provided for the duration of the class.
