Calling all sweet-tooths! Learn the skills and tricks to make impressive desserts at home during this hands-on cooking class. You'll cover chocolate pastry, Choux au Craqueliin, creme patissiere, creme brûlée and more! By the class' end, you'll gain the confidence to replicate these amazing desserts in your own kitchen. Take home a recipe book to continue the sweet magic.

The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the experience provider's discretion. You will not have your own work station but will work in small groups with some of the lesson being demonstration and some of the lesson being hands-on.

Session Length

Please allow three hours for this experience.

Midweek classes operate from 6pm
Weekend classes operate from 10am and 3pm

Restrictions

This is a booking request only and the supplier will contact you to confirm a date! This class is available Vegetarian (note, this class is not offered Gluten Free, Dairy Free or Vegan). Please note you will work in pairs, on a table of 4 guests cooking together. To ensure the class finishes on time some basic elements are prepared for you. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult or they will be refused entry and their class forfeited.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience

Fabulous, Fun cooking lesson with the Elle!

My son and I attended the Desserts and Pastries Cooking Class yesterday. It was really fun and we learnt heaps. Elle was a fabulous teacher. I highly recommend completing one of these lessons if you love cooking or wish to learn more.

A really enjoyable experience. They fit a lot into a three hour workshop, I felt like I came away with a lot of new skills that I will continue to practice at home. You also get to eat all of your creations which is great!
