Learn to create decadent desserts in this 3 hour cooking class! You’ll cover Choux pastry, make your own Croquembouche, shortcrust pastries, sugar work and more! Everything is provided including aprons - all you need to do is turn up and have fun. You'll even get to take home your creations.
Calling all sweet-tooths! Learn the skills and tricks to make impressive desserts at home during this hands-on cooking class. You'll cover chocolate pastry, Choux au Craqueliin, creme patissiere, creme brûlée and more! By the class' end, you'll gain the confidence to replicate these amazing desserts in your own kitchen. Take home a recipe book to continue the sweet magic.
The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the experience provider's discretion. You will not have your own work station but will work in small groups with some of the lesson being demonstration and some of the lesson being hands-on.

Please note you will work in pairs, on a table of 4 guests cooking together. To ensure the class finishes on time some basic elements are prepared for you. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult or they will be refused entry and their class forfeited.
There will be 8-16 participants per class.
