You’ll also have access to private showers during your hour of spa time. Robe hire is available for $5, and eco-friendly shampoo bars can be purchased for use in the showers. Restrictions & Important Information Pregnancy: This package is not suitable during pregnancy due to the use of heat-based facilities and deep pressure massage techniques. Please contact us for alternative pregnancy-safe options. Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to participate in this experience. Alcohol Consumption: Alcoholic beverages are only available to guests 18+. Limit of one standard drink per person. Health Conditions: Please advise us of any medical conditions, recent injuries, or health concerns at the time of booking. This ensures treatments are delivered safely and appropriately. Facility Access: The sauna, steam room, spa, and lap pool are shared amenities within the apartment complex and are not exclusively reserved for spa guests. Behavioural Expectations: This is a professional wellness environment. Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of services without refund.

Please bring your own swimwear for access to the lap pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. Private showers are available for use during your spa access time. Towel hire is available for $5 per person. Robe hire is available for $5 per person.
Spa Facility Access Notice Access to the spa, pool, sauna, and steam room is generally available during your visit. However, as these are shared facilities within the apartment complex, temporary access restrictions may occasionally apply due to maintenance. If we become aware of any limitations ahead of your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise. You will have the option to proceed with a relaxing foot soak and light spa refreshment as an alternative, or to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing a high-quality, flexible experience.
