See the chefs at work and watch as your meal get plated up from your exclusive private dining area next to the kitchen. Enjoy champagne and oysters on arrival followed by three custom courses, featuring Luke Mangan signatures and seasonal dishes. One of the chefs will personally serve each course to the table and talk you through each dish. Alongside your chosen menu, select from their award-winning wine list or choose matching wines carefully selected by their head sommelier. Subject to booking time, you can also enjoy a private tour of their brand new $1.5 million dollar state-of-the-art kitchen.
