Enjoy a farm-to-fork experience set against the stunning backdrop of Victoria's Mornington Peninsula as you discover the secrets of meat, flame, time and char for that perfect steak. You'll be welcomed with mouth-watering beef brisket brioche sliders stacked full of Hillock Downs beef, farm-made chipolatas and home brewed beer before you head off on a tractor ride around the dairy to see how Aussie beef is farmed. Upon return, you'll pop on an apron and roll up your sleeves as you follow expert steps on cooking a tomahawk steak, paired with fried onion rings and crunchy locally grown potatoes. Finish with dessert and a guided beer tasting session that includes hot tips on home brewing.
