Immerse yourself in a journey from paddock to plate at The Loch, a working farm in the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands. Tour the grounds, learn about their sustainable farming methods and taste produce straight from the garden before sitting down for an exquisite three course lunch.
For the serious gourmand, embark on a fascinating farm to fork tour of The Loch, run by the owner, gardener and chef Brigid Kennedy. Wander around the grounds, sample fresh fruit and vegetables straight from the garden and meet the friendly resident farm animals as you learn about the farm's sustainable practices and efforts towards zero waste agriculture. Afterwards, take a seat on the verandah overlooking the garden or in the barn-turned-restaurant for a delightful three course lunch. Savour the flavours of the Southern Highlands as you indulge in fresh, seasonal produce from The Loch's own paddocks and other nearby sustainable producers. A glass of local cool-climate wine or craft beer tops off an incredible meal and lazy Sunday afternoon. Leave with a sample of farm-made jams, preserves or chutneys to enjoy with loved ones at home.
The Loch must be informed of final numbers and any specific dietary requirements of guests no less than seven days prior to tour date.
