Step inside the beautifully refurbished Tramsheds of Glebe to enjoy a delicious two course brunch. Tuck into a mouth-watering spread of eggs on sourdough and ricotta hotcakes speckled with fruit, paired with freshly brewed coffee and juice to set you up for the day.
Located at the historic former tram depot at Harold Park, this farm-to-table restaurant hits the mark for an Insta-worthy brunch. Sourcing produce from suppliers with aligning values, you'll be treated to two courses of fresh, seasonal goodness. Start with eggs your way - biodynamic, of course - on grilled sourdough with your choice of two sides, before indulging your sweet tooth with ricotta hotcakes drizzled with maple, lemon curd, berries, passionfruit, vanilla mascarpone and pepitas. Choose to eat your meal sitting on the restored tram or admire the green 1950s carriage from the restaurant floor, decked out with regular chairs and tables. Complete your brunch session with a perfectly roasted coffee or tea, and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
