A stay in the Unyoked Cabin "Jude" and you'll be able to experience the sunsets over the mountains from the comfort of your off-grid retreat. Bring a friend along, or your dog, sit back and relax whilst you take in the forest and vineyard scenery. It's an ideal, relaxation-focused escape to nature.
The perfect escape to completely unwind, Jude is a space in which you can slow down and relax with a view to reinvigoration. Tucked into the base of a mountain range, next door to a State Forest with bonus cellar door vibes, you will feel almost instantly unburdened during your overnight stay. With more than enough space for creative thinking, and the opportunity to open your mind and find your flow while surrounded by nature, the wild seclusion of this off-grid getaway is exactly what you need.
Accommodation Facilities
Guests of the Jude Cabin must be over the age of 18. You will receive an email with pre-arrival instructions upon booking the cabin. Additional house rules will also be provided in your field guide.
This experience is for two people.
The cabin is a great place to be during the warmer and cooler months and even when it rains! During wet or poor weather, guests may be notified of a weather warning. In the event you are notified of a weather warning, there will be a place to park your vehicle/s in any alternative nominated wet weather zones.
From December to April, the entire Pyrenees region usually enters a Fire Danger Period. That means no camp fires at your cabin during this time. Please be super aware and stay safe. There is risk of a fine. These dates are subject to change.
This experience is located in Avoca, VIC. The Jude Cabin sits on the traditional land of the Djadjawurrung People. It is approximately two-hours' drive west of Melbourne. Please note there is a 600 metre hike to the cabin from the car park.
