To help prepare, double check your booking beforehand to ensure you have all the information, especially the time and date correct. On the day, if you’re going to experience extreme weather, the supplier will contact you directly to inform you the status of your flight or if needed, reschedule it with you. Prior to your flight, check the dress code of the experience; often we recommend wearing casual clothing and sensible, covered shoes. If you have any concerns or questions prior to the experience you can always contact the supplier or RedBalloon’s customer service team who will be able to help you out. The helicopter rides in Adelaide and surrounding areas all have different requirements when it comes to bringing children, so please check on each experience or directly with the supplier. Some flights, especially those including alcohol, have a minimum age of 18 years old and therefore will not take children. However, other scenic flights available on RedBalloon may have no age limit and therefore are completely safe for children. At the time of booking, please inform the supplier if you wish to book children so they can accommodate for them as best as possible.

However please note, some helicopter experiences have different policies including the luxury vineyard escape experience, the private helicopter flight with 8 course meal and wine and the private Barossa helicopter flight with breakfast and bubbly.
