This course is for those who have a passion for freshly baked produce and love the taste of wood fired pizza. Learn the secrets to making the perfect pizza dough, the importance of yeast and wood fired toppings. Tour the farm garden picking your own soft and hard herbs, leaves and vegetables for your own individual pizza. This course will show you how to use a pizza oven, baking tips and what wood and equipment to use to make the perfect Woodfired Pizza.

Once the hard work is done you sit down, admire the view of the vineyard, kitchen garden and ducks on the dam whilst enjoying the tantalizing produce you just made with a glass of our own Kelpie Bridge wine.

Session Length

  • Classes run from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays
  • Includes three hours of hands on pizza making followed by leisurely lunch and glass of Kelpie Bridge wine

Guidelines

  • Participants must be over 12 years of age
  • Participants wishing to consume alcohol must be over 18 years of age
