You will be making these: • Nuoc Cham - Dipping Sauce • Goi Cuon – Fresh Rice Paper Rolls • Cha Tom - Sugar Cane Prawn • Banh Khot - pancake and stuffings • Pho Ga - Vietnamese Chicken Pho - Demonstration & Tasting • Coconut drink Hanoi classics menu – available Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct & Dec Celebrating the 1000 year-old city of Hanoi – its history, people and its food. You will be making these: • Nuoc Cham - Dipping Sauce • Ch? giò - Spring rolls - Vegetarian or Pork • Bo La Lot - Beef in betel leaf • Bun Cha Hanoi - Hanoi style BBQ pork and Noodles • Chè Chu?i – Banana Pudding

Session Length

  • Please allow 3-4 hours for the duration of this experience
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time as doors will be locked promptly at commencement of the class


The provider has the right to refuse entry to participants if they are not wearing appropriate footwear or clothing.


  • Please dress comfortably for a kitchen equipment
  • Long hair should be tied back and jewellery kept to a minimum
  • Shoes should be non-slip and must be closed-in
  • Participants should advise provider about any dietary requirements


Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.

  • A $25 fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled class
  • No charge will be made to move the class to another date or time before 7 days of scheduled class

There will be a minimum of 5 participants and maximum of 12 participants.
