In this class, you’ll have the opportunity to create three chocolate bars, each one your very own unique combination of flavours.
You’ll learn everything from tempering theory and practice, to tips on how to achieve shiny chocolates - like the ones you buy from professional chocolatiers. Choose from over 35 vegan ingredients and illustrious colours to decorate your bars. You’ll also use special moulds to get that professional edge on your DIY chocolate making too.
Want more chocolate? You’ve got it. You’ll also get to make a bonus treat - choose from rocky road, chocolate bark or truffles. Enjoy a break with champagne and strawberries dipped in chocolate, and wind down with a well-deserved post class treat - choose from Dream egg lava mug cake or Belgian-style hot chocolate. Yum!
