Embark on a culinary journey through the Middle East at this engaging live cooking demonstration hosted by business owner and cookbook author Marwa Makool. Discover why she’s affectionately known as a true food whisperer as she prepares some of her favourite Middle Eastern–style BBQ dishes. Watch as Marwa creates vibrant marinades, aromatic spice blends and fresh seasonal salads, sharing techniques, flavour tips and cultural stories along the way. Enjoy tasting the dishes once complete, complemented by Lebanese drinks and treats. After the demonstration, take a short tour of the store and receive the recipes from the day so you can recreate the flavours at home for family and friends

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
