With all fresh ingredients on hand, prepare to learn the fundamentals of Thai ingredients and flavours and have a play with flavours that suit your taste buds. Known as the land of smiles, Thai people are generous, welcoming and relaxed. With this, the food of Thailand will also take you through some history, culture and stories of its people shared by your chef.
