Restrictions

Please notify the experience provider prior to the jump date of any existing medical conditions or illness. Medical conditions which could affect the customer’s safety should be discussed with a doctor to ensure customers are fit to skydive. Please advise if you are taking prescription medication. The experience provider advises anyone who is pregnant to abstain from skydiving.

Guidelines

• You must be 16 years or over (16-18 years require parent/guardian consent). Please note that participation is subject to the harness fitting correctly and safely
• No particular level of fitness is required but people with heart conditions or epilepsy cannot jump
• For safety reasons, the experience provider needs to be advised if you weigh greater than 95kg. Every customer is weighed as part of the check in procedure, surcharges will occur and are payable on the day at the rate $50 if over 95kg and $75 if over 105kg (fees subject to change). Persons over 110kg can jump only subject to assessment by a tandem instructor

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

Skydiving is subject to weather conditions.

Dress Code

Comfortable clothing suitable to the weather. Comfortable, flat, closed in shoes – no boots or high heels
