Get out into nature and discover the phenomenal bird species of Sydney's northern beaches. You will explore a range of habitats, from saltwater lagoons and wetlands to subtropical rainforest, rustling with up to 80 species of bird. Suitable for both newcomers and expert birdwatchers.
Only less than an hour from central Sydney, the northern beaches are abuzz with a vast array of bird species, making it the perfect location for a spot of birdwatching. Equipped with high quality binoculars, a bird book and apps, and led by a professional birdwatching guide, you will explore a number of different habitats including a saltwater lagoon, rocky coastal headland, subtropical rainforest, classic Aussie bushland and swamp mahogany wetland. During your travels, expect to hear and observe between 60-80 different birds, boasting striking colours and sizes. It's the perfect day tour for both expert and first-time birdwatchers alike.
