Experience a two hour spiced rum masterclass where you' ll get hands-on experience making your very own spiced rum to take home. Choose from 20+ different spices and learn about top, middle and base notes to create a perfect balanced spirit.
Head to Victoria's first dedicated craft rum distillery, Jimmy Rum, for a two hour spiced rum masterclass. Begin your class with a tasting of the rum range. Next, deep dive into the huge variety of flavours as your master distillers provide insights into which spices work best together, and those to avoid! Learn about the top, middle and base notes before having a go at creating your own tasty spiced rum. Choose from over 20+ spices and start mixing your own. From the dry to the smooth, the sweet, the spicy and the bitey, you'll have three attempts at creating your favourite combination before the team will bottle it up in a 50ml bottle for you to take home. This experience is perfect for anyone interested in learning more about the spirit distilling process or to gift to someone that loves rum and craft distilling. The team will also keep your blend on record so when you run out, you can keep re-ordering.

This experience runs with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 12 people per course.
You will be in a big shed with little heating, so please bring a coat if you tend to get cold.
