Meet your guide at the cellar door and be taken on a tour of the winery, where you'll learn about the history of the vineyard and witness the vineyard's spectacular grounds. You'll then be taken through the sparkling winemaking and disgorging process, before curating your own bottle of sparkling to your palate. Receive a bottle of your unique blend to enjoy on the day, and consider placing an order to have your bespoke wine sent to you. Continue with a tasting flight of four current release wines, before settling in at the restaurant for an exquisite two course lunch with matched wines.
