Restrictions

Ghost Tours are not suitable for children under 10 years (unless otherwise stated). Children under 10 will not be permitted on any tour (unless otherwise stated). Parents and guardians are advised that this tour features strong content in the form of true historic ghost stories and tales delivered in a dramatic style. The stories may include gruesome and macabre material including murders, crimes, violence, deaths, executions and suicide. The stories can be frightening, scary and distressing especially for young children. All children under and including the age of 15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

• Your tour is not confirmed unless you receive a booking confirmation email from Historic Australia. Please read the email in its entirety and distribute it amongst all members of your group

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES In compliance with COVID-19 standards, each tour will be limited in size. Therefore, bookings are essential and must be pre-purchased before the tour date. You can do this over the phone or online. STRICTLY NO WALK IN BOOKINGS will be allowed at this time. Please contact Historic Australia on 0401 666 441 about disability access as the tour does include some stairs, uneven surfaces and/or outside pathways. By contacting them they we may be able to cater for your needs.

CLIENTS MUST BE WEARING FLAT-SOLED ENCLOSED SHOES No thongs/sandals/high-heels. Any person who does not have the correct footwear will not be permitted on the tour. No Refund. No Transfer. CLIENTS MUST HAVE A TORCH EACH - Guests are required to bring their own torch. One per person is required. Torch apps on smart phones are suitable. ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED PRIOR TO OR DURING A TOUR Clients suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will be denied admission. No Refund. No Transfer. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED DURING A TOUR Smoking is not permitted at any time during our tours. If anyone forgets this, and starts smoking, they will be asked to immediately cease. If they do not, they may be asked to leave the tour. No Refund. No Transfer.

MOBILE / TABLET DEVICE USE Mobile / tablet devices are not to be used during any of our tours, with the only exception being for an emergency, or to take photographs. If you use a mobile phone / tablet device for any other purpose during any of our tours, you will be asked to stop. Refusal to do so may result in you being asked to leave the tour. No Refund. No Transfer. THERE ARE NO TOILET FACILITIES AVAILABLE AT THIS SITE There are no toilet facilities available at site. Please use facilities elsewhere before joining us at this site. TOURS WILL STILL RUN IN THE RAIN The weather really adds to the atmosphere of a tour. If the weather looks bad, bring some wet weather gear, and enjoy the tour. Tours will only be cancelled if conditions become dangerous.

PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS & GHOST HUNTING IS NOT PERMITTED Paranormal investigation / ghost hunting is strictly not permitted on tours. This includes but is not limited to: apps on mobile devices, Ouija boards, pendulums, video and still photography, psychic, medium and clairvoyant channelling of spirits.

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Tours will only be cancelled if conditions become dangerous. Our Bookings Coordinator will contact you to notify you of cancellation and rescheduling your tour.

This is a historical ghost tour. *Horror costumes are not permitted to be worn. Historic Australia reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing a horror costume that is deemed inappropriate or distasteful. No refund.
