• Flight time is approximately eight minutes
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to session time

Pregnant individuals and people with back injuries, heart or medical conditions are not permitted to participate.

• Minimum age is eight years old
• Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
• Maximum total weight limit is 200kg
• Minimum total weight limit is 65kg
• Maximum individual weight limit is 145kg
• Maximum weight difference between passengers is 80kgs
• Participants are required to sign waiver
• Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Valid photo ID and credit/debit card used for payment required upon check in
• Due to the increase in diesel prices we have had to introduce a small fuel surcharge of $2.50 AUD per person payable at check in, this is not included in RedBalloon's pricing

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum of two and a maximum of 10 participants per session.

Wind and weather restrictions may apply which could result in rescheduling or cancellation due to safety precautions.

Please wear casual clothes or swimwear. Sunglasses and hats are advised.
