Guidelines

• Pricing is per jet ski, inclusive of up to two riders
• Please advise of any pre existing medical conditions which could impair participants' riding capabilities at the time of booking
• Participants must have some level of fitness and be able to tread water with a life jacket
• Maximum weight limit for a single rider is 130kg
• Maximum weight limit for doubles is 200kg
• Minimum age to drive a jet ski is 16 years old
• Minimum age to be a jet ski passenger is seven years old
• Drivers under 18 years old require a parent or guardian to sign on their behalf
• The experience provider maintains high safety standards, trained guides and established safety procedures
• Participants must sign and agree to a Liability Release and Safety Waiver before participating
• Participants must understand and follow all safety briefings and instructions in English
• Participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen events or personal circumstances
• Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Jet ski tours and hires are adventure activities that can involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and if within 24 hours, rescheduled or provided a gift voucher. If neither is feasible, a full refund will be provided.

Dress Code

Please wear comfortable, sun protective attire suitable for water activities. Bring a towel, hat, sunglasses with a head strap, a waterproof camera with a lanyard and photo ID. Participants may bring their own stinger suit.
