Make your own beautiful, homemade pastry! Learn to make puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, sweet pastry and choux pastry. Make a savoury tart, create a chocolate ganache tart with your sweet pastry. There will be lots of food to eat, and plenty to take home, including extra pastry!
In this state of the art cooking school facility you will learn to make your own perfect traditional French puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, sweet pastry, shortbread pastry and choux pastry! Using your freshly made shortcrust pastry you will learn how to roll it out and create a savory tart for your lunch. Then follow this up with a warm chocolate ganache tart using the sweet pastry. During the class you will roll out your own pastry to make a beautiful savoury tart for your lunch, followed by a chocolate ganache tart that was made using the sweet pastry the Chef makes as a demonstration.
There will be lots of food to eat, plenty to take home, as well as all your extra pastry to take home for later.
