• Flight time is approximately 12 minutes - flight times vary due to air traffic control and weather

• Participants under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult
• Please inform the provider of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking
• For each guest weighing 125 kilograms or more, an additional adjacent seat is allocated on board the helicopter with a surcharge incorporated into the fare type

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Please note prices are per person. Seats are sold on a shared basis and therefore other passengers may be on board the aircraft with you. If you have more than five passengers travelling together, please contact the provider directly for assistance

The provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone flights due to safety, weather or operational necessity. Flights do not operate in the following conditions - high winds, electrical storms, heavy fog or conditions such as heavy rain where visibility is greatly reduced. Please contact the provider prior to your flight should you be concerned about the weather.
