In this 5hr Patisserie Masterclass you will create exquisite Mousse Cakes filled with delicious fillings and learn some of the secrets to glazing and decorating like a pro. You’ll also cover macarons in this class (different flavours to the other Patisserie Masterclass).

All of the mouth-watering recipes covered are easy for you to re-create at home. In the class, things are sped up by using a blast freezer so the whole process fits in from start to finish in 4.5hrs.

In the masterclass we cover around 10 different recipes. Here is an example of a typical menu:

• Two different flavours of mousses: chocolate, caramel, cream cheese, passionfruit
• Salted caramel
• Raspberry and passionfruit coulis
• Chocolate glaze
• Salted caramel macarons

The menu is subject to change.

Session Length

• This experience lasts for around 5 hours and runs on selected Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays
