In this 4.5hr Patisserie Masterclass you will create exquisite Mousse Cakes filled with delicious fillings and learn some of the secrets to glazing and decorating like a pro. You’ll also cover macarons in this class (different flavours to the other Patisserie Masterclass).
All of the mouth-watering recipes covered are easy for you to re-create at home. In the class, things are sped up by using a blast freezer so the whole process fits in from start to finish in 4.5hrs.
